Who, What, and Why?

What comes with my Magus Deck?

Your Magus Deck includes fifty two (52) cards with original artwork by Anne-Marie Mackay. It also comes with one Book of Revelations, which will serve as a guide for each individual card. 

Will my Credit/Debit Card be charged upon shipment or purchase?

We are running a pre-order crowdfunding campaign similar to what you might see on Kickstarter, or Indiegogo and for that reason, we are charging credit/debit cards upon purchase. These funds will be used towards our first production run. Our manufacturing partner is fully ready to go. We have been working with them over the past 3 months to ensure packaging, card stock and quality, are of the highest level. The Magus Deck is being printed by a leading manufacturer in the Card & Board Game industry.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All pre-orders are estimated to ship in Q1 2018. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Orders are estimated to arrive within 10-15  business days of shipment.

We are not currently shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada, but we hope to be soon! Subscribe to our mailing list for updates on international ordering.

What is your return policy?

The Magus accepts returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging, returned within fifteen(15) days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at help@worldofthemagus.com and we will send you a replacement. If you need to make a return, please be sure to include: your order number, full name and original shipping address in your email

Can I return my Magus Deck even though I purchased it from another store or website?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Please contact the retailer or website which you purchased The Magus Deck from.

How do I cancel/change my order?

Email us at help@worldofthemagus.com and we will try our best to cancel your order before it ships. If the order has already been processed and shipped, then we cannot cancel it. 

Wholesale

Please direct all wholesale inquiries to wholesale@worldofthemagus.com. Please include: your name, your website, a little bit about your shop, and anything else you think we should know. We'll eventually need your Resale Certificate number and other pertinent info.
